Refund Policy

Clear refund terms for subscriptions, annual plans, and one-time top-up credit packs.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased. The rules differ between monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and top-up credit packs. Read the section that applies to your purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

Each monthly charge is an independent billing event. The refund window resets on every renewal.

  • The charge was made within the last 14 days (applies to the most recent renewal only; prior months are not refundable).
  • Fewer than 20%of that billing cycle's subscription credit allocation has been consumed.
  • Charges from previous billing cycles are not eligible, regardless of remaining credits.
  • Cancelling your subscription does not trigger a refund for the current period; you retain access until the period ends.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are billed as a single upfront charge for 12 months. Because of the discounted rate, a stricter refund window applies.

  • Your annual purchase was made within the last 14 days and fewer than 20%of your first month's credit allocation has been used.
  • After 14 days, the annual charge is non-refundable; no prorated refund is issued for unused months remaining in the year.
  • Cancelling an annual subscription mid-year stops the next annual renewal but does not refund any portion of the current year.
If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access and credits for the full remaining year.

Top-up Credit Packs

Top-up credits are one-time, non-transferable generation allowances with no cash value.

  • Purchased within the last 14 days and fewer than 20% of the credits in that specific pack have been consumed.
  • Packs purchased more than 14 days ago are not eligible regardless of unused balance.
  • Partial refunds for the unused portion of a pack are not issued.

Never Eligible Across All Purchase Types

  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations or fraudulent activity.
  • Credits automatically returned to your balance after a failed generation; these are not a billing issue and require no refund request.
  • Upgrade proration charges; the prorated amount charged when upgrading mid-cycle is not refundable.
