Use InfographAI only with video content you are permitted to process. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to extract, summarize, and visualize content from any YouTube video you submit. Generated output is provided as-is and should be reviewed before publication.

2. Credits & Billing

Credit purchases, refunds, and account management are governed by the billing terms shown at checkout. Credits are non-transferable and may not be resold. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of infographics you generate. By using InfographAI you grant us a limited license to process submitted URLs and generate outputs on your behalf. We do not claim any ownership over your generated content.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use InfographAI to process content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights. Automated bulk processing beyond normal usage limits without prior authorization is prohibited.

5. Disclaimers

InfographAI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated infographics will be accurate representations of source video content. AI-generated content may contain errors — always review before publishing.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of InfographAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced via the platform or email.
